I Dont Want to Mess Tattoo on my Upper Hip and I Want to Be Rid of Stretch Marks. Any Sugguestions?

I have a tattoo on my upper hip, and I would absolutely hate to ruin it, but I am in desparate need to get rid of these stretch marks that have moved up around my belly button, and some on the back side of my hips. And of course my inner thighs. Is there any sugguestions on what procedure I should take on for this? Thank you for your time!! -Courtney
