I Don't Know Whether I Have a Bimaxillary Protrusion, or if I Have an Overbite? (photo)

1. which is better? TREATMENT A (4 teeth extraction) or TREATMENT B (expand the dental arch to move the teeth backwards)? I am 22 years old. I also have lip incompetence. 2. What is the difference between an overbite and bimaxillary protrusion? 3. suppose I will go for TREATMENT B? Will braces alone can correct this overbite/bimaxillary protrusion? I don't know what to do anymore.I just want to make my smile look good.

BiMaxillary Protrusion or overbite

Whatever the case may be, if you have an orthodontist that can treat you WITHOUT extracting your 4 bicuspids, definitely chose that treatment. I always prefer treatment that does not require taking out perfectly healthy teeth unless there are no other options

Bimaxillary Protrusion or Overbite.

Whatever the case may be, if you have an orthodontist that can treat you WITHOUT extracting your 4 bicuspids, definitely chose that treatment. You will be much better off healthwise (TMJ, Sleep Apnea, Snoring) by expanding your arches, rather than narrowing them with extractions.
