I Have Dent Under My Eyes, What Are My Surgical Options

The dents are about 2-3 inches under my eye, if i pull it with my fingers it dissapears, is it possible to do this in surgery? Will it work and remove the shallowness? Or is the under eye area too sensitive and fragile?

Fixing Dents Under the Eyes

The dents under the eyes are considered a tear-trough defect. The indents can be addressed surgically or non surgically. Non surgical options include some type of injectable filler such as a hyaluronic acid Surgical options include lower eyelid surgery with fat re-positioning or fat grafting. Either option can give great results.

Fixing Undre Eye Depressions

Undre eye depressions, especially those that can be corrected by pulling the skin up, are generally well corrected surgically. Without a picture or a direct examination, I cannot advise any further. See a board certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in the eye.
