Im Having a Hysterectomy a Have a Problem with Scar Tissue. What Can I Do to Reduce It?

I am going in for a hysterectomy soon. But I have had 4 or 5 surgery before in my lower abdomen and want to know after I have this done how.can I.reduce the every tissue.that grows in side my body like my lover Abdomen and pelvic area.

Hysterectomy and scars

If you are having a hysterectomy you may want to have your incision closed by a plastic surgeon and followed by him afterward.
