Refirme or Thermage Safe for Patients with Hypothyroidism?

I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Is it safe to have Refirme or Thermage in the neck area?

Avoid the thyroid area with both devices, but the Refirme is safer as it is bipolar, [probably does not go deeper than 3mm, but Thermage goes deeper than that as it is monopolar.
