Topical Cream for Redness in Hypertrophic Scar?
Is there any kind of scar cream, like Scarprin or something, that specializes in getting rid of the redness in a hypertrohic scar?

Scar revision surgery and laser for redness of hypertrophic scars
I use the pulsed dye laser for hypertrophic scar redness as it works very well for scars.

Hyperpigmentation in scars
There are lightening creams for hyperpigmentation of scars. Skinceuticals carries a product called Phyto + and is very good for this. This does generally take a period of time for the lightening to occur, so one must be patient and diligent with application.
