Hyperpigmentation After ProFractional Laser. What To Do?

I am blond with pale, freckly skin. 6 months ago I had profractional laser for acne scars. It left me with more scars, really dry skin that shows every flaw, and my pigmentation is darker, with dark spots and then an all over peachy color. I am used to being very pale and this actually helped my skin camolfage my scars and now I feel my skin looks older. I have been devastated by this and don't know what to do. Is this going to resolve??? I want my old complexion back!!
