Treatment for Hyperpigmentation on Chin from Tweezing Hair?

I am a 52 year old female with severe discoloration on my chin from years of tweezing hair. I have tried Electrolysis, lasers, bleach, creams, nothing appears to work.

I have been to dermatologist, gynecologists, plastic surgeons, and most quite openly admit they have no suggestions. I have tried various make-up concealers but nothing really hides the discoloration.

Help! My daughter is getting married in August and I dread the thought of pictures. Any suggestions?
