It will Fade
This pigmentation should fade with time. However, you can try several things to help this fade. These would include bleach creams (there are prescription strength creams with hydroquinone and tretinoin, as well as antioxidant serums (for example vitamin c, green tea extract). I typically suggest that my patients rotate between the bleach cream and the antioxidant cream on an every other night basis.
