How to Get Rid of Hyperpigmentation from Ingrown Hair?

I have hyperpigmentation under my neck due to ingrown hair, which I pluck. What are some possible solutions to my problem? I am a 34-year-old female.

My first choice for all skin types?

TAZORAC. It is my favorite for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation because no matter what color your skin to start, it fades dark spots from acne and folliculitis without lightening your normal skin tone. Talk to your board certified dermatologist to be sure you get the strength and protocol right for your skin type.
