Tried Multiple Procedures for Hyperpigmentation - What Now?

I have been receiving IPL Photofacial for approximately 8 months along with microderm and chemical peels. I also use Retinol drops and Glycolic pads. I have SEVERAL areas of hyperpigmentation on my face. Even after applying make-up, it looks like I have dirt on my face-which is why I sought treatment. Some of the darker areas have faded, but I was also "burned" pretty badly from the Photofacial and I have a dark gray scar on my chin. What do I do now? I wear sunscreen daily. Am I stuck with these unsightly blemishes forever?
