Hyperpigmentation/burn Following IPL for Vascular Treatment (Broken Capillary) Scar Prevention? (photo)
I had IPL done on a broken capillary on my nose 4 days ago. The affected area was about 2mm diameter before tx, slighly raised, red and been there for 2 years (no pigmentation). Immediately after the area was red and stinging. Overnight it turned into a purpleish black mark,Not a bruise. I have been putting Active Manuka UMF10 on it for its healing and antibacterial properties. It is showing no signs of infection and is painless. The apperance is 100% worse than what i was initially treating.
