I have developed a problem, which I first noticed in November last year. My face is significantly browner (all over) that the rest of my body, including my neck. It looks very different and I am extremely embarassed about this, because it looks like my face is dirty and people have commented on the difference. Can Hydroquinone be used to lighten an overall facial complexion? Can it be used for a relatively long period until the result I desire, because I have quite thin skin already?
