Is It Hydroquinone Safe for Woman Who Plan to Get Pregnant?

I used 4%hydroquinone cream for three months to treat my sun spots from July to September.Then I stopped using that and tried some gentle chemical peel products. From February 2012, I started to use meladerm until today. I will not use it any more because I plan to get pregnant by the end of April. But I am wondering is it safe to get pregant afer one month? Should I wait for a longer time?
