From a young age I have had "Chubby Cheeks". My cheeks are fatty, and worst of all when I smile they are A LOT bigger. Now that I am older I wish to change that. I have done research on buccal fat removal, liposuction, and even Botox to help significantly reduce the round shape of my face. Now my question is which procedure sure I endure? Buccal fat removal, liposuction, or possibly both or are there other options? ** I would also like to get rid of a double chin along the way. **

Buccal fate removal aged 21
From your photos, I would consider your small chin to try to balance your facial features. Do your teeth fix together properly? If so, then a chin implant would also balance your face. Buccal fat removal would be a good choice as it reduces volume of your lower cheeks. You should consider facial balance by making your chin stronger and your cheeks less prominent.
