Treatment for post-lower bleph/upper brow-lift under eye wrinkles? (photo)

Hi, I got a lower bleph/upper brow-lift in April 2013. I have UNDER eye (not crow's feet) wrinkles that I would like to address. Between moderate strength laser, peel and/or filler, what do you suggest that does not necessitate more than one or two treatments and is not too costly? Please offer specifics if possible. THANKS MUCH!!!

Filler I recommend Bolotero Balance. IPL might soften the wrinkles. ThermiTight RF will definitely improve.

Laser or chemical peel for lower eyelid wrinkles.

Laser or chemical peel for lower eyelid wrinkles will do the job. Only one treatment is necessary if the surgeon does a medium or deeper peel. CO2 lasers are for wrinkles but can have prolonged redness. TCA or phenol peels can do as good a job without as much redness in my experience with both.
