Does a Hump on the Nose Continue Growing After the Age of 18?

New hump on the nose.
In the absence of a significant injury to the nose (e.g., actually suffering a broken nose) or growth of a nasal tumor (highly improbable), it's likely that your nose is simply growing that way as you are growing into your adult face. If that's the case, there's really nothing that can be done to stop the hump from growing. This is one of the reasons as surgeons that we discourage rhinoplasty at too early an age: the nose is still changing.
In the meantime, you could certainly make an appointment with an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat surgeon) to make sure nothing abnormal is occurring. If everything's otherwise okay and you simply don't like its appearance, then consider seeing a rhinoplasty specialist about your concerns once the nose has stopped changing.
All the best,
