You are referring to a fat transfer procedure. This basically is liposuction, where the fat is processed rather than discarded, and then placed in the deficient areas. The problem with this is that the survival of the transferred fat is not that predictable. You may consider a tummy tuck which will accomplish all but the butt. sek
