Most milia, tiny white balls under the skin, appear under the eyes. The can be simply and safely extracted by your dermatologist, and occasionally a well trained nurse or esthetician. Once they are formed, there is no cream or pill that can get rid of these annoying little bumps.

First of all the most important thing that you should do is to leave them alone! Let a professional such as an Aesthetician take care of them for you. Sometimes it is important to examine what could be causing them. Generally speaking heavier moisturizers and eye creams are the culprit. There are exfoliating eye creams that will bring them up closer to the skin's surface to facilitate extracting but there is little else that you can do. Make sure your Aesthetician has experience with extractions as working around the eye area is a delicate matter.

Unfortunately, there is not a great treatment or cream that will reduce milia. An experienced aesthetician under the guidance of a physician may be able to reduce some of the milia by extraction, but this is not always possible.

I had a few milia under my eyes and I was able to remove them easily within two weeks...it's more simple than one can imagine. Eat apples and apple SEEDS...be sure to chew the seeds, this is KEY. It works!!! My were gone within a month. It may take longer depending upon size and quantity, but it works.

I have a small batch of colloid millia formed under my eye area. My dematologist said that was caused by the sunbathing and he suggested to have a small surgery done in his clinic to extract the contents. Does it work? Understand that this problem will be recurred again even after the treatment ... Thanks!
