How Much Does a Botox Brow Lift Cost?

Cost depends on the number of units used
I am able to achieve a Botox browlift for my patients with between 25-50 units of Botox depending on the patient's strength of muscle contraction. At $12 per unit that would be $300-600. Costs vary per unit from office to office but are dramatically lower than they used to be.

The exact dosing for you can be determined in consultation with your cosmetic physician with an in-person evaluation, as this will allow for a better assessment of your concern.

When properly done, Botox can help drooping eyelids by doing what's known as an eyebrow lift. Treating both the glabellar region as well as the lateral part of the eyebrow will cause a slight elevation of the eyebrow known as an eyebrow lift. This will create an aesthetically pleasing arch in the eyebrow which can also help to make any excess skin in the upper eyelid become less apparent. An average treatment uses 20 to 24 units of Botox in the forehead and 2 units under the lateral aspects of each eyebrow making a total of 24 to 28 units for this treatment. Practicing in Vermont, I charge $10/unit ($240 to $280 total) which is significantly less than the pricing in other, larger metropolitan areas. where it can be as high as $25/unit.

Botox Brow Lift - Don't focus on cost only
The "Botox brow lift" is one of our most favored techniques. The concept is to treat all of the facial muscles that pull down and in. This includes the eye muscles as well as the muscles responsible for frowning. By dosing both areas, we are able to achieve a nice, natural lifting of the inner and outer brows for a full brow lift. This usually involves a dose of 20 units to the glabellar region (muscles that creates frowns) and approximately 10-12 units alongside each eye.
For those on a more limited budget, we suggest the glabellar region with a "lateral brow lift" of 5 units to each tail end of the eyebrows. This still provides a nice lifting appearance but works within a smaller budget. Although a nice outcome, this technique will not resolve the lines alongside the eyes (aka: crow's feet).

Botox Brow Lift Same As Botox Injections
A Botox brow lift relies on injecting Botox into the orbicular oculi muscle to allow unopposed motion of the frontalis muscle to pull the brow up. The number of units will be dependent on each patient. For most patients, the Botox brow lift can be accomplished with 20-50 units of Botox which is equal to 1-2 areas of Botox injection. Prices will vary. A word of caution - make sure your physician injector has experience with the procedure. You can get unwanted side effects including droopy brows and eyelid droop after an improperly performed Botox brow lift.
