Depends upon the complexity of the case
The orthodontic treatment (does not matter what appilance you use Invisalign or Clear braces) time depends upon the complexity of the case. I can share with you that most (more that 90%) of the cases finish before 2 years.

Invisalign treatment time for teens
Treatment time on all Invisalign cases depends on the severity of the case (crowding/spacing/etc). I usually tell my patients that a good estimate is 9 months-give or take 3 (so 6-12 months). Some more severe cases may take longer (18 months).
