Does Stress Damage Skin?

does being stressed out (ALL the time!) make a difference to my skin? I mean, is it responsible for blotchyness and skin problems I have?

Stress will damage your skin

Your skins health is extension of your general health. The best thing for the skin and your health is good diet ( lots of fruits), No smoking, sun block, high water intake and low stress life style. Stress will increase your blood pressue,decrease your sleep,and change your eating habits.
