Avoid foundations that are heavy or overly dry in consistency - as they tend to “catch” in large pores - and shiny or “illuminating” formulas. Instead, look for foundations and powders that have a matte finish and that blend well into your skin for a seamless look.

Also, if you have not seen a dermatologist recently, go! There are numerous new, highly effective treatments for just about every skin condition.

To minimize the look of larges pores, there's a lot to consider. Most products that are culprit are those that have too much oils or wax. These products are greasy and just settle into the pores, making them appear larger.

Silicone primers are perfect for giving a seamless look as they 'fill in' skin textures to make them seem flawless and you're able to apply your base on top of a 'perfect' base.
