How Effective is the Pearl Fractional Laser for Acne Scar Removal?
How affective is the pearl fractional laser in combating moderate acne scaring? I'm a tanned caucasian with predominantly "rolling" scars.

Pearl laser is not for acne scars (fractional or otherwise)
I don't think any laser does much for acne scarring. I have used the CO2 laser on acne scars which is the most aggressive of all lasers. The results were quite modest. I doubt any of the other lasers could do much better although the only 2 lasers I have used frequently are the non-fractional Pearl and the CO2.
