This is a follow-up to my previous post. The original photo was too small so I am trying again. I am wondering if a sliding genioplasty will correct my chin/jaw deficiency and reduce the labiomental fold. I had previously considered an implant but am concerned that would make the LMF more prominent. I am also concerned about further bone loss and/or shifting. Currently undergoing orthodontic treatment for deep bite.
