Which Prodecures Should I Have Done? I am 5"6 and 175 lbs. I am wanting to acheive the "hourglass" figure like that of Beyonce, Trina, Serena Williams and Kim Kardashian. I would like a smaller chest, bigger bottom and a smaller waist. What would I need to do to achieve this goal? And what procedure(s) would be the best to have done?

How to achieve an hourglass figure.

I wish you provided us with a few photos. If you have a narrow waist that is masked by excess fat; liposuction can carve out your true figure by removing the fat in you waist, flanks and hips. Some of the fat could be processed and transferred to your buttock. The combination of the two procedures can give you a great improvement. If there is not enough donor sites for fat a buttocks implant can be used.
