Hot Sensation and Soreness on Nose Days After IPL?

i had IPL done on my nose 4 days ago and i continue to feel a slight burning sensation on the sides of my nose. I have had IPL once before and Vbeam twice as well. After these procedures i was left with some redness and swelling but no real discomfort. After this latest IPL, i don't really have any redness or swelling, but my nose is sore on the sides internally. She went deeper this time with the laser as previous efforts didn't help much.
