Why Do I Have a Horizontal Cheek Line?

I have a horizontal cheek line extending from the side of my nose out to my cheek. It's above where the naso-labial fold would be (I haven't got one yet, I'm 30 years old), and instead of being diagonal (like a naso-labial fold) it's horizontal. I woke up with it one morning and after two weeks it's still there. Please help!
