Hooded Eyes Laser Treatment

Hi, I am 45 years old and have hooded eyes. My brow line is not sagging. I am considering CO2 laser for upper and lower lids. Am I wasting my time for the upper lid? The doctor says it will help some...I am wondering what he means by some?? I don't want to waste my time. thank you! Mary
