Homecare devices aren't worth the money

I have seen more problems from homecare devices than I have anything worth noting as positive - burns, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, discoloration, etc. I think homecare devices are a nice idea, but at this point, in such developmental stages that they aren't worth the money.
