I'm desperate to get rid of acne. I heard online hat soaking in epson salts, washing with Selsun Blue, applying aloe vera gel & taking multi-vitamins gets rid of body acne. Do you agree?

Of That Group only the Vitamins will help
The only thing that may benefit you of the things you mentioned would be the vitamin, especially Vitmamin C and A, and the mineral zinc.
It is always diffilcult tomake recommendations OTC, since we as dermatologists have such a panalopy of good medications at our disposal, but I would recommend a Benzoyl Peroxide and a retinol. Oxy 5 or 10 is a good choice for a BP product and Roc's Retinol is excellent.
I would advise you to see a dermatologist if your acne begins to scar....
