At-home IPL Suitable for Hair Removal on Jaw and Top Lip?
I'm considering buying a home IPL machine and want to know if it is suitable for hair removal on the jawline and top lip.
I spend hours plucking and waxing every week. I have very white skin and very dark brown hair - so the hair growth is screamingly obvious and it's ruining my self confidence.
Can anyone help with a truthful answer, please? I'm a 41year old female.
