my under eyes are gross and in different lights it looks different can hollows be eliminated or treated with great improvement im a 20 year old male.

Hollows around the eye can be treated

Hollows around the eye can be treated, off-label, with Juvederm or Restylane. This is known as the liquid eyelift. see video

Fillers are very helpful for improving lower eyelid darkness. It does not completely cure it but is sure does make a very worthwhile difference.
