Hitting Nose a Month After a Septoplasty

I had a septoplasty a month ago. Yesterday, my brother opened a door that I was behind and hit my nose in the direction that I suffered the fracture. He didn't open it too fast and it wasn't painful but I'm quite scared that it could have moved some of the bones. I have slight swelling of the eyes today, hardly visible but my nose is some what sore. Do you think this could have reversed some of the progress that my doctor made?
