Hit by Toddler 3 Weeks After Rhinoplasty

I was recently struck in the face by my toddler nephew when I was just over 3 weeks post-op. Hurt pretty bad for about 10 minutes (it did not bleed). I looked in the mirror that day and the day after and did not notice any change in appearance. Now, 5 days after the hit, I cannot breathe as well out of my left nostril. Could this be from the extra swelling the hit caused or a more serious problem? I'd go to my surgeon but cannot get there for 2 more weeks (he's 8 hours away)

Nasal Trauma 3 Weeks after Rhinoplasty

You probably did no harm - you saw no bleeding and the external appearance did not change. However you can have the compromised breathing evaluated by another physician closer to you. Do this to put your mind at rest and make sure you didn't have intra-nasal bleeding which can cause a septal hematoma. What does your surgeon recommend?
