How Long After Stopping Accutane Should You Wait Before Getting Pregnant?
HI,my wife has been on roacuttane 20mg from december 2009 to april 2010. is it safe for her to get pregnant now?

Yes
It is recommended that a woman have at least two periods after completing Accutane treatment before attempting pregnancy. Fortunately, Accutane is water soluble which allows it to leave the body readily. Accutane affects embryogenesis and not chromosomes so at this point it should be safe.
