Had a Laser Treatment W/ Numbing Lotion and Had No Idea I Was Pregnant, Should I be Concerned?

Hi, I had Only ONE single laser treatment on my face which they used a numbing lotion, I had no idea I was pregnant now I'm very anxious and scared I did something wrong . I've never had a treatment since and don't plan to. From what I can figure out I possibly conceived a week before the treatment. Thanks
