I am a 42 year old TS. I have been on HRT for 6 months. I am tall (6'2") and I weigh around 215 pounds. I would not consider myself fat, more like an athletic build. I would like a recomendation on what surgeries I need to look and pass as a genetic female. I would like to wait for my breasts to develop before breast augmentation. Thanks,Courtney
