Can HGH Help Tissue Repair After Smart Lipo?

I'm 50 and had smartlipo done on flanks, abs, and chest. Four and a half weeks later I feel a good amount of discomfort. Somewhere between a crazy glue feeling and a hairshirt.

Would HGH therapy help speed tissue repair?
