Hereditary Dark Circles - Need Complete Fix

I think I have the worst dark circles ever created. They are hereditary (thanks mom and dad) and I have tried restalyne to solve the tear trough problem, but I still have dark circles. I would say the lower eyelid area is thin, and perhaps not only is are the dark circles due to the lack of voluminosity, but I think pigmentation has a role? I need serious help to get rid of them completely...any suggestions?
