Hemosiderin staining is different from hyperpigmentation

No , hemosiderin is different from hyperpigmentation. Hemosiderin results from old blood breakdown into the skin from a variety of causes.  It is usually reddish brown or purple and difficult to remove. Hyperpigmentation is entirely different. Hyperpigmentation may respond to bleaching creams and treatment.
