Hematoma or Lump Under Eye and Side of Mouth Formed After Non-permanent Filler 1 Year Ago. Is There a Solution?

I had a filler overdone 1 year ago. 1 eye overdone in whole trough, other a slight excess ridge all under eye, and one lower side of mouth flattened; I have a new line around mouth forming. Was told to rub with Arnica when I complained (got up my courage 4 months later, sorry to say), but didn't rub. Also was told it will break down especially in mouth but effects are still there; it's been a year. Reluctant to give me a doctor's name for ultrasound and hyaluronidase b/c said it's very invasive.
