I have had a large hemangioma (dark red and flat)on my right hip. It has has basically remained the same since birth. After a fall, I developed a lipoma in the same area which is quite large and growing thicker. Given that I have these two conditions in the exact same place, is there added risk of removal, i.e. bleeding? Would you recommend a plastic surgeon as you have done in past listings on this site?
