What Helps Repair the Skin from a Fraxel Repair Treatment? Have Large Pores Rough Texture?

I had a fraxel repair 1 yr ago on my cheek to fix two acne scars... and in return i still have the acne scars along with new ones and large pores in that area. one of the the scars filled in with a white texture...Not loving it. I wish i would have never done this but its too late and have done one treatment of laser genesis which i wonder if i did more treatments would it help the pores? Would chemical peels help? How deep does that laser effect the skin and will my old skin ever resurface?
