After the Death of Daughter and Husband, Looking for a Fresh Start, Possible to Have Free Procedure?

I have been very depressed for 22 years due to my daughter being killed she was only 15. 7 years after her death my husband died. T drunk driver killed my daughter and my husband was found in a culvert. I WAS TOLD they couldnt give me areason he was found there and the cause of death. I was left wth nothing, we didnt have life insurance. this cased me to age 20 years. I would like to be happy again I guess Im asking for a free procedure . I am now on 100% totaLLY DISABLED?God BLESS?SUSAN
