how to enhance my profile? i have long fave and very thin jaw. i would want a fuller face. thank you

Face Enhancement

You could benefit from facial implants to balance your face out. You do have a very thin jaw and I feel with some kind of jaw augmentation would help you feel more confident with the way you look.

Do i need to lengthen my nose?but im affraid will make it appear too long, as i see my nose is already long, but nostrils show too much. Is it because wide alar base or retracted alar rim or nose sill too low? I have I shaped silicone on my nose, it looks deviated (my actual nose is also deviated due to accident). what rhino procedures are right for me? am i a candidate for mandibular & chin augmentation to make my face shorter and rounder? which implant has minimum bone resorption rate?
