Had a TT in 2003, Now Have Deep Folds on My Back. What Can I Do?

I had a tummy tuck in 2003 and I noticed after that I got deep folds on my back, above and below the bra lines. I had a back lipo done in 2008. The folds are still there and my upper back has fat deposits now making me look masculine. What can I do next?
