Back pain after lipo

Time will help this. Some of your pain may be from alteration in your sleeping position. Sometimes a bunch of pillows or a body pillow can help you find a more comfortable position for your back. Also, warm compresses can help but be careful. You probably have some skin numbness and too much heat could burn your skin. Also, make sure you are getting up and around. Gentle movement almost always helps.

I find light massage and a heating pad go a long way to helping the pain go away. Along with that some stretching too.

Low Back Pain after Liposuction

Pain in the low back area is a reality in 100% of patients after hip, flank liposuction. The absolute 95% cure is time. There is no alternative. In 2 or 3 months your pain will fade and fade and go away. Meanwhile avoid salt (sodium). Salt makes you swell more and swelling causes pain. Of course aspirin and ibuprofen help.
