I am 5ft 1, 85 pounds, chest diameter of 10-11cms (I think), minimal breast tissue - extremely petite frame. Wanting to achieve a modest & natural look (B cup). Dr has advised an implant up to 250cc. I am worried anything above 200cc would overwhelm my body. Dr has recommended a Mod+ projection, dual plane technique. Would a 200cc implant achieve my desired results? I have seen women with similar sizes - some look amazing while others end up with a flat pancake look which I want to avoid!
Answer: Will a 200cc Implant Be Suitable for Me?
I might re consider the 250 cc UHP or HP implants. Best to LISTEN to the boarded PS in choice of size. Worse issue is passing for to small a result. Good Luck.

Answer: Best Breast Implant Size/ Profile for Me?
Thank you for the question.
It is very helpful but you have also selected "goal pictures”.
As you can imagine, despite your good description of body type and goals, it is not possible to give you precise advice online.
The best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “pancake look” or "B cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.
I hope this (and the attached link) help.

Answer: Will a 200cc Implant Be Suitable for Me?
The lighting isn't too good in the photo, but it looks like your breast sizes are different--pay attention to this (if I am correct) in choosing size.
I am not quite sure what you don't like about the photo on the right. Make sure your surgeon does. My inclination would be to use an implant in the 250 cc range, but this based only on the photos. If you want to be sure of upper pole fill, think about the form stable implants (Allergan style 410).
All the best.

Under the muscle, 200 is small, but take care, because the left side looks bigger.
Spanish translation provided by doctor:
Debajo del musculo, 200cc es pequeno, tenga cuidado porque el lado izquierdo parece mas grande.
