Heavy Lifting After Septoplasty?

when they say no heavy lifting after a septoplasty, what is considered heavy lifting . And is the concern with heavy lifting have more to do with bleeding or can you rupture a suture or dislodge in the nose something by lifting something heavy?

Septorhinoplasty

Any lifting or other physical activity can lead to bleeding or disruption of sutures or swelling. It could prolong the recovery with any of these things. Sometimes you have to intervene if there is a complication. So lifting should be kept to a minimum. Generally 5lbs or less.
